As downtown Paso Robles' newest luxury boutique hotel, The Piccolo's elegant indoor and outdoor event venues are available to rent for wedding ceremonies and receptions when booked with a hotel buyout. Our one-of-a-kind setting offers an inclusive wedding package and three unique event spaces to choose from when planning your perfect day.
Our Wedding Buyout Package includes the following:
24 HOTEL ROOMS (SLEEPS 48 TO 50 GUESTS):
- 23 LUXURY KING ROOMS: Reserved for wedding guests. Each Luxury King Room accommodates up to 2 guests with a King bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the private courtyard or charming 12th Street. Appointed with exposed brick walls, custom locally made furniture and decor, & wine storage fridges. Included with their room reservation, wedding guests receive a light breakfast each morning and two Moet Champagne tokens.
- 1 EXCLUSIVE TWO ROOM SUITE: Reserved for Bride & Groom. The Somm Suite features one King bedroom, two bathrooms, a Juliet balcony overlooking the courtyard, and a stylish living space complete with a sofa bed, wet bar, and dining area. Included with their room reservation, the Bride & Groom receive a VIP amenity upon arrival, light breakfast each morning, and two Moet Champagne tokens.
EVENT SPACE ADD-ONS:
With your buyout of the hotel, enjoy the opportunity to host a ceremony, reception, or cocktail hour in the private spaces at The Piccolo:
- COURTYARD CEREMONY: ($1,000) Up to 100 guests. Rental includes white folding ceremony chairs and water station.
- COURTYARD RECEPTION: ($2,000) Up to 50 guests. Rental includes up to 4 hours of event time (event must end by 10 PM). Outside catering by licensed caterer allowed upon approval by Event Manager. Requirements: All beverages serviced and purchased through Tetto. Dedicated wedding coordinator (must be approved by Event Manager). All vendors must be licensed and insured.
- ROOFTOP COCKTAIL HOUR AT TETTO: ($35+ per person) Up to 100 guests. Rental includes existing tables and chairs, charcuterie tray, and one glass of Moet Champagne per guest. Full bar available (drinks charged upon consumption). Extra charge for bartenders. Requirements: All beverages serviced and purchased through Tetto. Cocktail hour must end by 6 PM on a Friday or Saturday if not booked in conjunction with a reception.
- COCKTAIL HOUR AT THE PIPER WINE LOUNGE: ($35+ per person) Up to 50 guests. Rental includes existing tables and chairs, charcuterie tray, one glass of Moet Champagne per guest. Wine, beer, and signature drink available (drinks charged upon consumption). Extra charge for bartenders. Requirements: All beverages serviced and purchased through Tetto and The Piper.
All event charges are subject to sales tax and a 20% service charge.
Pricing is custom for each event. The hotel buyout estimate for weekends in 2020 for a 2-night stay ranges $20,500 - $28,000. (Please note: Fridays & Saturdays carry a 2-night minimum stay requirement. Sunday-Thursday are available for a 1-night stay.)
